A ready-to-use granular bait insecticide to control black and brown ants found around domestic dwellings, premises and buildings. Can be used on paved areas where ants are noticed.
20 g or 4 teaspoons: Sprinkle the granules lightly (approximately 20 g or 4 teaspoons) on lawns and other areas where ants are noticed
30 g: Sprinkle approximately 30 g bait granules around active nests. Do not apply granules directly onto mounds as this will disturb the ants and prevent the granules to be taken to the nest. Treat ant trails as well as cracks and crevices where ants may enter the structure.
Perimeter treatment: 6 g per m² in a band 0,5 m wide: Apply Ant Vanish ™ granular bait evenly at 6 g per m² in a band 0,5 m wide around the perimeter of the building where ants are active. Wear gloves whilst applying. Ants have a good developed sense of smell, and any unnatural smell (e.g. the oil of the human skin) may lead to the ants rejecting the bait granules as a food source. The product works slowly and ant activity will only reduce after 5 – 7 days after treatment which dead ants will be noticed at nest entrances. Ant Vanish™ granular bait is well suited as it cannot be ingested by foraging workers and will be carried back to the nest before it enters the food cycle.
